This exhibition gently pulls back the curtain and allows a glimpse into the personal experience of being 60 in today’s world.

The show features 60 portraits of New Zealand women who were 60 in the year their photograph was taken. I want to capture the women in their entirety – convey their intellect, their physicality, their personalities and what is important to them at this time of their lives.

The book 'Visible 60 Women at 60' was released in March 2014 and the exhibition is now touring, reaching more women, and broadening the depth and breadth of the conversation. We provide lots of ways that men, women and children to interact with the photographs and join in with the the conversation about women at 60 in todays world. Read respones to the exhibitions here ...
